Accredited Practising Dietitian
Krystal Wong
Krystal is a member of Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). She obtained her Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney, after completing a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours in Transplant Immunology (UWA). With the completion of clinical training at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Royal Rehabilitation Centre, she has experience in working with all age groups from infancy to elderly.
Krystal enjoys working with individuals and families, to discover realistic and feasible ways to achieve their health goals. She believes that everyone has the ability to lead a healthier lifestyle (even in our busy society!). Her approach in eating healthy is through enjoying every part of the journey, from learning to embracing. She can help you become more knowledgeable and skilled to identify and knockdown barriers that you might be facing.
With her passion to fight against food insecurity, Krystal is also currently part of a community project in rural Cambodia to relieve malnutrition in children. In her free time, she involves herself in different lifestyle activities to engage with the community. A few favourites of hers are yoga, dance, pottery, and hiking.
